• Cleanliness: 7.5 In room 61, some plates and kitchen equipment had not been washed properly
• Location: 10 Easy to walk to major sites. Close to metro
• Common facilities and services: 10 Almost too much communal space
• Staff: 10 Thanks to the staff for speaking English so well and for being so helpful and welcoming
• Quietness: 7.5 Unfortunately, a drill was in use in the road most morning.
• Room: 10 Rooms need a kitchen towel and the rooms with terraces need some kind of sunshade. It might be wise to instal grab handles in the showers as the floor are slippery. In Romm 61, the water in the bends of the drains sucks away and, if the guests don't run water down them at least twice a day, nasty smells come up. The WiFi in room 62 was good but in room 61 it was intermittent and caused a lot of frustration. The instructions for using equipment are very long. Perhaps you could produce something shorter in Spanish, English and French? It would be nice to have more variety of TV channels. Perhaps a BBC news one for English visitors? Despite these points, the rooms are beautiful and a joy to stay in.
• Value for money: 10 You could charge more for room 62!
