• Room: 5 LAS VISTAS ESPECTACULARES, TAMAÑO AMPLIO, LUMINOSO AUNQUE SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO, DE AHÍ QUE NO LE PONGA LA MÁXIMA PUNTUACION
• Value for money: 5 UNA VEZ MÁS, SON LAS BARRERAS DEL ENTORNO Y LA MALA DISTRIBUCIÓN DE LAS INBSTALACIONES LO QUE ME HACE TENER UNA MALA EXPERIENCIA Y POR LO QUE NO LO RECOMENDARÍA. mIS PADRES FUERON UN DÍA A RECOGER A MI HIJO PEQUEÑO Y MI MADRE NO PUDO NI DESCANSAR ESA NOCHE EN SU CASA DE TANTAS ESCALERAS QUE TUVO QUE SUBIR Y BAJAR DURANTE EL DÍA (PREVIO PAGO DE SU ALMUERZO EN EL BUFFET)

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Las camareras de piso fueron muy amables pero verlas cargando con los cubos, bolsas y arretrancos por todas las escaleras, deberían de cambiar el sistema.
• Location: 10 La situación es la que es, para desconectar y pasear lo único que pediría es que el paseo que está por fuera de Anfi lo tienen cerrado con una valla, si consiguieran que la quitaran sería perfecto porque la gente pasa por el espigón para segir el paseo y es un peligro
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 La calidad es buena y las instalaciones se ve que están modernizandose, lo que ya tienen se ve chulo
• Staff: 10 Lo mejor de todo es el personal, las camareras jovencitas del restaurante te hacen la estancia mucho más agradable y sobretodo una rubia super simpática, al trato del personal le pongo no un 10 un 1000. Cuiden un poco más al personal. En el restaurante con el escaso personal que tienen hacen muchísimo las pobres, no se puede ser más rápidas y ágiles pero 2 o 3 para todo un comedor gigantesco y lleno es muy escaso. Lo mismo notamos en la cocina un planchista para dar de comer a tantos sobretodo en el fin de semana se vio escaso. Y como último punto le recomendaría que pusieran un comedor de personal porque ver como a las 15:30 cierran el restaurante comedor y los trabajadores empiezan a comer lo que queda del bufet pues, es inhumano que no tengan un lugar donde comer tranquilos y una comida preparada para ellos.
• Quietness: 10 La ubicación hace que la tranquilidad sea absoluta
• Room: 10 Nosotros escogimos las más baratas por eso entiendo que las vistas fueron al aparcamiento, no nos importó. La habitación son cómodas, pero la cocina y el ropero hace falta una actualización
• Value for money: 10 Perfecto, no se puede pedir más para el precio que tiene
