• Negative: No me ha gustado en absoluto lo siguiente: Las imágenes que el Hotel muestra en su página web no se corresponden con el servicio finalmente contratado. Se trata de una estancia mínima, falta de espacio para realizar cualquier simple actividad, como utilizar un ordenador portátil y mobiliario muy básico. Ventilación a patio y sin vistas, interior en quinta planta. No dispone de agua caliente en el lavabo ni extractor en el baño. La calefacción por máquina de aire es molesta por ruido y corriente. Que la cafetería sea ajena al Hotel debe ser advertido, y el desayuno contratado no era de la categoría Continental referida. Considero abusivas las condiciones de prepago e imposibilidad de cancelación de la "oferta" contratada telefónicamente el día anterior. Es una habitación para mostrar antes de aceptar, en dicho caso hubiese desistido de la oferta.
