• Common facilities and services: 5 eating area was kind of small
• Staff: 10 both ladies, especially Maria, were incredibly nice and hardworking
• Quietness: 5 The light next to the air conditioner was strobing on and off and made a noise; the refrigerator was noisy, so unplugged
• Room: 7.5 good sized room; bed was comfortable; shower was tiny. I'm glad I am small, because a big person wouldn't fit
• Value for money: 5 In comparison to the United States, this was expensive for what you got, but I guess it was a good deal for Barcelona
