• Location: 10 Right in the heart of the city
• Common facilities and services: 5 Did not use much facilities in the hotel.
• Staff: 7.5 Friendly and accomodating
• Quietness: 10 Our room was totally isolated so completely quiet
• Room: 5 Rooms are simple and not huge but adequate for sleeping changing and some relaxing.
• Value for money: 7.5 Hotel price reduced by almost 80euro per room only days before checking in which we could not avail of so a bit annoyed about that.

• Negative: Ein paar wenige (wirklich wenige) Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren unfreundlich. Der Umgang mit Gästen könnte noch ein wenig verbessert werden.
