• Staff: Not rated We had our only bad memory of Madrid caused by the receptionists of this hotel. We were supposed to leave the hotel at 07:30 a.m. and they didn%27t let us have even a cup of coffee for breakfast (which we paid for) at 07:20! Moreover they were extremely rude... The breakfast was ready, but they closed the door on my husband locking him at the restaurant which was most unusual (I%27m a tour guide and in my country we serve breakfast to our groups even at 3 a.m.) They called the taxi 20 minutes earlier than we demanded and made us pay extra. They were discourteous in deed.

• Room: Not rated Single room was like a prison cell... Only a bed fitted in and nothing more! One small window had a frosted glass which made it even more claustrophobic. Double room was basic.

• Room: 7.5 la habitación que ocupé yo en particular era bastante grande pero algunos de mis compañeros pidieron cambio de habitación por ser demasiado pequeña.

• Cleanliness: 5 La limpieza es buena, siempre encontre mi habitación con buen aspecto.
• Location: 10 La ubicación es excelente, a unos pasos de Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor y accesos a metro, variedad de restaurantes y bares.
• Common facilities and services: 5 En realidad el establecimiento cuenta con pocas opciones de servicio, lo que tienen lo hacen bastante bien.
• Staff: 10 El personal es amable y servicial.
• Quietness: 10 El hotel ofrece tranquilidad y descansas estupendamente.
• Room: 5 Habitación simple oscura bañera pequena, lo necesario para tener donde descansar
• Value for money: 5 Europa es caro en el aspecto de hospedaje no hay calidad en el hotel, lo que complementa es que tienen buen desayuno y ubicación.
