• Positive: Su situación céntrica y la decoración de la habitación. Muy acogedora.
• Negative: El ascensor principal parecía no funcionar. Había que tomar el secundario que era lento y, además, respondía demasiado a menudo a las peticiones de parada de las diferentes plantas mientras se estaba utilizando. En resumen, se hacían demasiados "amigos" para tan reducido espacio. También, cierta falta de climatización en la escalera y pasillos. En la habitación, era un poco incómodo tener la TV al lado de la cama en vez de en posición frontal.

• Location: 10 Excellent location overlooking beautiful town hall square & fountains.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Quality of breakfast was fine but sometimes ran out of things, eg, fruit or fruit juice.
• Staff: 10 Friendly, helpful staff.
• Quietness: 2.5 Outside noise from bar/restaurant until after midnight some nights
• Room: 2.5 A bit small but with all the usual facilities.
