• Staff: 10 Very helpful and friendly staff, keen to assist with any problems
• Quietness: 7.5 Internal rooms are quiet, although noise can funnel up the central atrium
• Room: 5 Single room small with basic furnishings, but if you are out most of the time you use it only to sleep, so it is fine.
• Value for money: 7.5 Good value, you save money here so you have more to spend in the city.
