• Positive: location in walking distance to cathedral and barrio del Carmen. A successful conversion of an ancient house into a modern style hotel, it combines aesthetically cultural heritage with modern elements, very nice.

• Cleanliness: 10 Room and bathroom were very clean, nothing to complain about.
• Location: 10 Excellent. Walking distance to the ancient quarter of Valencia and the green park in the river bed of the river Turia. It couldn't be better. Located in a very quiet street, hardly any car traffic.
• Common facilities and services: 5 The hotel offers free WiFi which ist fine but did not reach all positions in the room in equal quality, It was good though near to the entrance door of the room.
• Staff: 10 All of the staff members were very polite and very helpful.
• Quietness: 7.5 No noise from the outside, some acceptable noise emission from other guests (arriving or departing) on the corridor
• Room: 7.5 size and quality was ok, the room was nicely decorated, quite modern style, everything was new. The view was to an interior light well, not really nice but quite common in spanish hotels of this category.
• Value for money: 10 The value was excellent for what I payed. The only thing I was missing was a hair dryer in the bathroom.

• Staff: 2.5 En un principio al estar el baño sucio nos cambiaron de habitación, pero más tarde nos querían volver a cambiar a otra peor, y aún no sé porque, ya que todos los precios eran iguales, a lo cual me negué y la verdad es que no insistieron pero el detalle fué pésimo.
• Quietness: 5 Las de la limpieza tenían el cuarto de los utensilios al lado y no se cortaban un pelo en bocear entre ellas.
• Room: 7.5 Exceptuando la limpieza anteriormente citada.
