• Location: 10 Could not be better, on a pedestrian street full of places to eat and drink

• Staff: 10 Very polite and hardworking, a credit to the hotel.
• Quietness: 7.5 Some outside noise but if you booked this hotel you already knew how noisy it would be. It was quite acceptable with your balcony door closed.
• Room: 7.5 Not massive but had everything you need for a comfortable stay, the shower was one of the best I've had in any hotel I've stayed in.
• Value for money: 10 Great value considering your location.
