• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Would have liked trays to take breakfast to room. Breakfast foods were OK- juice not fresh, limited cereal options. Internet was HORRIBLE. Elevators very small.
• Staff: 10 Helpful and friendly
• Quietness: 7.5 Great windows block out traffic noise. Very Quiet.
• Room: 7.5 Great shower and bathroom, nice balcony. Beds only OK- not the worst, not the best. Air conditioning worked (it was very hot during our visit).
• Value for money: 5 The view made it worthwhile.

• Positive: Situation - very close to the bus station and within easy walking distance of the city centre and many tourist attractions
• Negative: Recent price rises, from £40 to £70 per night in the space of a couple of years, have made it slightly less attractive.

• Cleanliness: 10 Have stayed several times and has always been clean and tidy.

• Quietness: 5 No outside noise (was not an outside room...) but noise from the hallway and other rooms did disturb a couple of times.
• Room: 5 No view whatsoever. Space was adequate.
• Value for money: 5 Used to be superb value, but with recent price rises now only rates average.
