  • Staff: 2.5 Daytime staff was kind but late-night staff just did not seem to know how to check us in and we waiting for an hour to do this at past midnight when very tired.

  • Positive: Staying in the Historic Alhambra, but was disappointed that the room did not have more of the charm that I saw in the video on your website.
  • Negative: It was kind of challenging, by car, to locate the road to access the hotel. You might send driving instructions to those arriving by car.

  • Location: 10 Easy access back to Granada via the walking paths.
  • Common facilities and services: 5 Not breakfast people so did not eat.
  • Staff: 7.5 No Comment.
  • Quietness: 5 Hotel was not full on our stay but the noise of ladies heels on the stairs and opening or closing door was noticeable. Glad I wear ear plugs to sleep.
  • Room: 5 Felt it was less historic than saw in the online video when booked the reservation.
  • Value for money: 5 No Comment.
