  • Negative: the reception staff dont know much english, its not centray @ all not 10 minutes more like 20 minutes!!! The hotel states you get a 5% dicsount if you stay 3 or more night which I did and they didnt honour it. I had ants in the bathroom and when they moved me to another room there was only hot water and when I turned it on it came out muddy! I dont know how they call themselves a 3 star hotel and in the European Union. The electronic card that you useyto get in keeps expiring so I had to keep going back downstairs to reprogramme my card! Never staying here again.
