• Cleanliness: Not rated My room was beautiful but the floor was never swept - the same crisp remained under the sofa for four days. The hot pot had mold in it - I took it to the front desk and they just shrugged and took it - never replaced

• Quietness: 2.5 It was great until someone was put in the room above me, then I could hear their phone buzz, every time they used the bathroom, etc.
