• Room: 5 En otras ocasiones hemos estado en este hotel y, por el mismo precio, hemos estado en habitaciones mejores. Quizá coincidiera con que el hotel estaba muy lleno --aunque no lo parecía-- pero el caso es que nos dieron una habitación adaptada para discapacitados, que para los que no lo somos no es especialmente cómoda. Nos parece fundamental que los hoteles tengan estas habitaciones disponibles para aquellos que puedan necesitarlas, pero también que a la hora de asignarnos la habitación se nos informe de las características de la habitación.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Room is starting to show its age. Overall, the maintenance of he room is ok but starting to see wear and tear.

• Negative: El colchón o la funda del colchón (no sé cuál de los dos sería). Cada vez que te movías hacía una ruido muy desagradable y me despertaba. No dormimos bien.
