• Positive: near to the airport for us as we go to the uk often and we always like to stay the night at the Bali before flying. The food is excellant and with a good choice.
• Negative: our pet hate is that hotel patrons have to pay to park their cars at the hotel. Public should pay not the residents of the hotel, we think it is bad practice.

• Cleanliness: 10 Always find the hotel clean and tidy.
• Location: 5 Always require some kind of transport. not good for the disabled due to the hill

• Staff: 10 Staff we have found are always approachable and very helpful. always efficient
• Quietness: 5 Busses kept arriving and departing from the hotel well into the night and very early mornings. kept us awake. Our room however was at the front.
• Room: 7.5 adequate for us as a couple with good views of the sea, A bit tight for a family but they may have bigger rooms for families.
• Value for money: 10 very good value for money.The food is excellant.
