• Cleanliness: 10 Rooms were spotless, and were maintained to that standard throughout our stay
• Location: 10 Less than ten minutes from La Rambla, and closer again to the Marina - couldnt ask for much more. Metro stop virtually at the front door, and about 20 mins from the airport by taxi
• Common facilities and services: 10 Rooftop pool was small but beautiful. Didnt use the restaurant during our stay so cant comment.
• Staff: 10 Deskstaff were excellent and accomodated every request.
• Quietness: 10 Rooms were exceptionally quiet, and this was appreciated even more when the window was open and you realise how busy the street outside actually is.
• Room: 10 Stayed in a twin room - everything we needed, plenty of space.
• Value for money: 10

• Positive: As we were on our honeymoon they upgraded us to a junior suite which made the whole experience all the more special for us.

• Location: 10 Right next to the Parallel Metro station and about 5 minutes walk from the Ramblas and the port.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 All it needs is tea making facilities in the room.
• Staff: 10 Very pleased with the attitude of the staff
• Quietness: 7.5 A bit of street noise but that depends on where your room is.
• Room: 10 Generously sized rooms.

• Positive: THE RECEPTION STAFF WERE PARTICULARLY FRIENDLY. WE FELT SAFE AND THE LOCATION WAS GOOD.
