• Positive: Receptionist Paulina who was welcoming, personable and efficient
• Negative: That the restaurant was not managed by hotel but contracted out and we were told by staff that we could not order a glass of wine but had to buy a bottle. Dinner our first night cost 160 euros. Inclusive breakfast was very basic but with options to upgrade at significant cost.
