• Negative: Really bad experience with this structure. I asked the hotel to cancelled my reservation 24+ hours in advance due to unexpected issued, they replied to me "Don't worry, we will cancel your reservation" (not mentioning any penalties!) but after a few days I was charged anyway on my credit card. I believe this is not fare since THEY DID NOT ADVISE ME WHEN I ASKED FOR CANCELLATION. After this I asked the property to refund me the amount because of this "misunderstanding" (or was it done on purpose?) but there was no way. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.
