• Location: 10 easy walk to transport and sights
• Common facilities and services: 10 great roof terrace ... when open
• Staff: 10 always smiling and helpful
• Quietness: 10 all street noise blocked by excellent window glazing and shutters for light blocking
• Room: 10 all we needed - except tea and coffee facilities would be good
• Value for money: 10 no complaints at all

• Positive: the warm and helpful welcome but the front desk on arrival. gmtpjddpgmg staff polite and helpful to our requests. the rooms were spacious clean and with a comfortable bed.
• Negative: Not a dislike but a comment. the breakfast was ok but the buffet layout very cramped. . after trying the breakfast once we chose to eat breakfast outside zicha was more convenient cheaper and obviously had better choices.

• Positive: The entire stay. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Samuel and Victor provide excellent customer service which has been consistent over our past 2 stays. The room was very spacious and quiet with comfortable beds and the sitting area is great for extra room. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking over the back courtyard.
• Negative: With the rooms and hotel staff being excellent the breakfast could be upgraded to match the rest of the hotel. Breakfast staff not that friendly and they play the music far too loud and over hyper for breakfast time.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Older travelers, Families, Couples, Peace seekers, Handicapped, Business travelers, Travelers with a car
