• Positive: La amplitud y decoracion de la habitacion.
• Negative: Reservamos la cena de San Valentin y no fue lo que se espera del restaurante de un hotel 4 estrellas. Manteles con agujeros y la comida simplemente correcta. El pan de la mesa estaba duro, las chuletillas escasas y demasiado hechas. Tampoco me gusto que en la bañera se apreciara manchas de moho, esto me parece fundamental en cualquier hotel pero menos en uno de 4 estrellas.

• Positive: The location of the hotel is excellent, just a block from the catedral, few minutes from the castle gate. The room is comfortable, and the view is amazing. the bed a bit hard but good for us. Breakfast is ok, El Aljibe restaurant very nice and good value. Staff friendly and profesional.

• Positive: La comodidad de la cama y la carta de almohadas. Baño amplio y limpieza.
• Negative: El desayuno bufet poco variado aunque de calidad pero el servicio muy pésimo, era hasta las 11 y aunque bajabamos a las 10.20 ya no quedaban muchas cosas y no reponían nada. Muy decepcionante para ser un cuatro estrellas. La habitación estándar doble que nos dieron no se corresponde con la foto aunciada en la web. Decoración un poco escasa de la habitación.
