A charming hotel. Located within the wall, surrounded by gardens a few metres from the escalator leading up to the monumental area. It has one of the most prestigious restaurants in the city.

  • Positive: el edificio, la habitacion, los jardines...
  • Negative: cuando llegaremos, dejemos el coche en el parking abajo del hotel, un hombre nos ayudo. No sabimos que era un parking de la ciudad (nos estamos del pais). La reception nos dijo que puede ser un problema, y de verdad en 10 minutos tenimos un ticket. La muela es maxima, porque el ticket era quasi-invisible...Seria mas claro de avisar los clientes al momento de la reserva que este parking es de la ciudad. Y las escaleras con el equipaje...

Los clientes con coche, suelen interesarse por la forma de aparcar su vehiculo, y le damos la información al respecto. Tambien, tenemos en Recepción carteles informativos. Lamentamos cualquier incidente en la plaza publica ajeno a nuestra voluntad.   • Negative: having to drag my luggage about 150 feet across a courtyard and up another 35 feet vertically just to get to reception.

  • Location: 7.5 It should be noted that the 12 minute (slightly strenuous) walk to Zocodover Square is preferable to the escalator near the building since the escalator leaves you at an area of town that is difficult to navigate and not that close to any of the major sights
  • Common facilities and services: 5 wifi is not available in all rooms due, probably, to the old stone wall construction. Iffy connection in even some of the common areas,
  • Staff: 7.5 Were attentive and tried to resolve problems as they arose.

  • Room: 7.5 staff were surprised when I informed tham that the bathroom ceiling paint was peeling, but the room was very clean and acceptable in all other regards

  • Positive: El recinto por fuera, la cama de la habitación, el trato del personal, la ubicación.
  • Negative: El desayuno, vergonzoso!!! No había pan un sábado por la mañana pero esque el viernes estaba como las piedras de duro. Muy corto y de calidad muy normalita, creo que es un atraco, le resta cliente al hotel como es nuestro caso, además el comentario era el mismo entre los demás clientes. Hace falta reforma en el hotel, una cosa es antiguo y otra viejo mal cuidado.

  • Common facilities and services: 2.5 El desayuno deberían eliminarlo resta mucho al trabajo del personal y al entorno del hotel. Asdemás el lugar destino al "desayuno" con humedades que repugnan, terminamos desayunando fuera.

  • Room: 7.5 No tenía vistas, solo a un patio interior pero la verdad que el tamaño de la cama lo compensaba.
  • Value for money: 2.5 Creo que con el desayuno nos han estafado, creo que las vistas no es para ese precio y sinceramente a nadie que hable de Toledo le recomendaríamos este hotel.
