• Negative: Air conditioning was very weak, perhaps due to the excessive heat at the time. Not being permitted to use the upper pool level on hour last night - not sure why, just told by the bartenders that we couldn't go up there.

• Staff: 7.5 Lady at the front desk very informative and eager to assist. The gentleman on check in did his job but much less friendly or eager to assist.
• Quietness: 2.5 We were on the third floor and could hear singing and noise from the bar into the early morning hours.
• Room: 5 Small, cramped quarters. Bathroom was good.
• Value for money: 7.5
