• Location: 10 L'hôtel est situé très près des principaux monuments de Séville et dans un quartier magnifique
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 L'hôtel est meublé avec soin et très beau. la piscine sur le toit est un vrai bijou. Le petit déjeuner est servir dans une pièce agréable et est très bon.
• Staff: 7.5 Le personnel est efficace et discret, l'accueil n'est pas très chaleureux. Personnellement, j'apprécie cette discrétion. Les femmes de chambre passent tard dans la journée, cela surprend mais ne nous a pas gêné au contraire.
• Quietness: 5 La chambre que nous occupions était parfaitement à l'abri des bruits extérieurs ce qui est très appréciablement, par contre l'insonorisation interne est très déficiente. On entend les voisins, les bruits d'eau et de l'ascenseur (très bruyant) sont constants , nuit et jour.
• Room: 7.5 Très joliment meublée, mais sur ouverture sur l'extérieure, il faut allumer la lumière toute la journée. La chambre est triple mais le troisième lit est plus petit que les deux autres, ce qui ne correspond pas à la description sur le site de l'hôtel.

• Positive: The rooftop pool and bar - that all the hot and sweaty tourists being shepherded up the Giralda tower in searing heat would look at enviously. While we waved our Gin & Tonics at them, while cooling off!

• Location: 10 It's right at the heart of the old quarter. 50 metres from good cafes for breakfast and late night bars. And in the shadow of the Giralda.

• Common facilities and services: 5 One of the bulbs above the bathroom sink was fused. I requested to be replaced 3 times during our 4 day stay. It was never replaced. Also no tissues and lack of washcloths in the shower.

• Room: 5 TV way too small for room size. Unable to control room temperature it was already set by the hotel.
• Value for money: 5 We have stayed at other hotels in Sevilla for the same price and the rooms were superior
