• Positive: The location is very central. The rooms are spacious and bath amenities were of good quality.
• Negative: Checking in with Greta. Most unfriendly desk clerk, and her demeanor did not change throughout our stay - never smiled or asked us anything, and was always annoyed when we talked to her. Not a good first - or last impression. The other staff were great.

• Common facilities and services: 5 The pool area was nice, and the bar was spacious (virtually ignored by bartender who had friends to talk to) with decent hotel bar prices. The furnishings in the lobby and elsewhere are getting worn out and would benefit from a re-upholstery.
• Staff: 5 Greta brings the rating down -
• Quietness: 5 We had an inner courtyard-facing room so noises from other guests were heard along with the feral cats fighting early in the morning. The bells from the cathedral were heard but did not disrupt.
• Room: 7.5 Size was great - plenty of room. The air conditioning was turned off and we were there for some very mild February days - no real way to cool things down except open the window to the courtyard which increased the noise. A ceiling fan would have done the trick!
• Value for money: 7.5
