• Positive: la atención y el arropo personalizado del personal. también el patito.
• Negative: la solería del spa es peligrosísima, es claramente un coste de no calidad empresarial, por cuanto, pueden provocarse accidentes. Respecto de la copa de cava de bienvenida, en atención al calor que hacia, solicite se tuviera a bien que me sirvieran una segunda copa, siendo esta cobrada, lo que supone para mi un despropósito, no por la cuantia, sino porque afea la propia intención del hotel de bienvenida.

• Positive: Ubicación, diseño general y atención del personal.
• Negative: La poca seguridad que da el movimiento de gente no alojada en el hotel que accede por la recepción a la terraza. Que para ir a las habitaciones hubiera que mojarse cuando llueve al cruzar el patio (sin que se ofrecieran paraguas o alguna otra solución). Que un cliente alojado no pueda tomarse un café en la terraza superior. Que siendo un cinco estrellas la ropa tenga que almacenarse al aire por no haber armarios, que uno de los huéspedes no tenga mesilla de noche para dejar el teléfono o un libro por la noche y que las vistas de la habitación fueran a las conducciones del aire. En general, que para ver las 5 estrellas tengas que pagar habitaciones superiores.
