Viel zu wenig Servicepersonal im Restaurant, sowohl beim Frühstück (es standen oft sehr lange Zeit mehrere Tische voller benutztem Geschirr, sodass man sie nicht nutzen konnte) als auch beim Abendessen (Samstagabend, sehr sehr lange Wartezeiten, keine Getränke zum Essen etc.). Teilweise sehr kleine Portionen.

nice hotel, nice and specious room, great nature, calm and beautiful. very nice service at the reception! thank you :)

Negative:
the food could be improved - it is quite expensive for its quality and a lack of choice.. Coffee could be improved as well!😅 We also had a problem with the swimming pool - an eye infection because of the water. It's probably bad luck but I guess the water could be cleaned more often & the guardian can check if people take a shower before entering to the water. It would be great to have more options for the bikes (city bikes, electric etc.)

Das liebe Personal und die herzliche Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und alles hat eine entspannte Leichtigkeit. Vor allem unser Hund hat sich super wohl gefühlt!!!:)

Un poco de dejadez en la limpieza del gimnasio. No requería de mucho esfuerzo pero no puede ser que hubiera una camiseta olvidada en el suelo durante tres dias seguidos.

Wifi muy deficiente. El segundo de los días nos hablaron de un problema puntual que lo estaban mirando los técnicos externos pero se veía que aquella era la situación habitual. Duró los diez días que estuvimos. En las habitaciones y en todas las zonas del hotel.

Servicio de limpieza. Un poco ‘pasotas’. Se olvidaban de reponer jabón, gel. El día de la llegada en una de nuestras dos habitaciones no había zapatillas ni botellines de agua lo que sí dejaron en la otra. No recogían los restos, … de los platos encargada a mediodía en el restaurante y que llevábamos a la habitación. No daban aviso de las deficiencias en las instalaciones. En concreto en nuestro caso varias desde nuestra llegada: grifo suelto en su base, mal funcionario de la cisterna (hasta que al quinto día se estropeó totalmente), caída de agua del aparato del aire acondicionado, puerta corredera de salida al jardín muy dura, … Son problemas que veían claramente. No es serio que tenga que ir el cliente a notificar los problemas cuando los están viendo un día sí y el otro también.
