• Negative: We have stayed at Hotel Europa six times. I feel the folks have no respect for those have been loyal. The joy of this hotel has been lost. The boss never has a smile on his face, and I wish there was some acknowledgment of loyality.

• Common facilities and services: 5 Creo que el hotel necesita una reforma. Uno de los días me tuve que duchar con agua fría, no había agua caliente

• Quietness: 5 Mala insonorización. En plena plaza de sol pensé que iba a molestarme más el ruido exterior y sin embargo no fue así, el interior fue mucho peor, se oían conversaciones, muchos portazos…
• Room: 10 Le pongo muy bien por las vistas, el balcón a la plaza de sol, estaba renovada aunque esa renovación se notaba que fue un lavado de cara puramente, en el baño por ejemplo se cambió la bañera por el plato de ducha manteniendo el resto de pavimento y revestimiento del baño que no se vio afectado por la obra. Muy poca luz en el baño, solo un oculo…
• Value for money: 7.5 Teniendo en cuenta la situación se puede considerar bien la relación calidad precio. Era una habitación con vistas a la puerta del sol.

LAS VISTAS, AL TRATARSE DE UNA HABITACIÓN INTERIOR, NO ME PUEDO PRONUNCIAR. PERO ME CONSTA QUE LAS VISTAS A LA PUERTA DEL SOL, SON PRECIOSAS. LA CALIDAD DEL SUEÑO ES MUY BUENA. UN PEQUEÑO INCONVENIENTE, ES QUE SE OYE BASTANTE LOS MOVIMIENTOS DE LAS HABITACIONES CONTIGUAS.
• Value for money: 7.5 LA VERDAD, ES QUE EL PRECIO POR DÍA TENÍA UN PRECIO RAZONABLE Y EN ESTA OCASIÓN BASTANTE COMPETITIVO. PARA BOLSILLOS AJUSTADOS COMO EL MÍO, ESTOS PRECIOS, TE PERMITEN HACER LAS RESERVAS SIN PENSARLO MUCHO.
