• Location: 10 Steps from Subway and easy walk to both the Palace and the Prada.

• Staff: 10 Staff spoke english.
• Quietness: 7.5 We had room 427 which faced Puerta del Sol. The windows were double-paned, so the moise from the street was minimal in my opinion.
• Room: 10 Room 427 faced Puerta del Sol, so great views of street life...especially at night.
• Value for money: 10 We only had 2 days on the ground in Madrid, and we wanted to be close to the major sites. The location was perfect for a quick tour of the city.

• Cleanliness: 10 Our room was cleaned very efficiently every day.
• Location: 10 Excellent location. Plaza Mayor, and Royal Palace are within walking distance. The three main museums are also walkable. Metro station SOL within steps away. One of the main shhopping streets is also right ther.

• Staff: 10 Staff%27s English was very good. Very helpful in every way.
• Quietness: 10 Our hotel%27s location was very busy, but after we closed our windows, there was absolutely no noise at all within our room.
• Room: 10 We had a quad room for 4 people. The room size was adequate, and bathroom was also good. But not enough shelf spaces.
• Value for money: 10 Absolutely very good.
