• Location: 10 Can%27t beat the location...right in the Plaza del Sol. I could walk everywhere and return to my hotel quickly.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The bathroom was newly renovated and much larger than I had expected. The internet was free in the lobby.
• Staff: 7.5 Perfectly competent and professional. Not fuzzy-wuzzy as in a B&B, which was fine with me. This is a very busy hotel.
• Quietness: 10 It was VERY quiet at night, which surprised me, due to the location, but then, I did not have a room that looked out into the street.
• Room: 10 I had a lovely room with a tiny balcony that looked out on a sunny yellow walled courtyard, and I loved being able to look outside.
• Value for money: 10 Couldn%27t do better.
