• Positive: Por supuesto si eres turista la localización. Asomarte al balcón y ver la Plaza del Sol, no tiene precio. La habitación e instalaciones muy buenas.
• Negative: Lo que he comentado con anterioridad, el único fallo es hacernos esperar una hora cuando llegamos por primera vez al hotel, para poder entrar a la habitación. Después de un viaje de cinco horas te apetece lo primero pegarte una ducha y el hacerte esperar no es una buena recepción. Por lo demás todo perfecto.
