• Positive: La ubicación de la habitación. Los colchones.
• Negative: El baño estaba un poco descuidado: la mampara de la ducha dejaba escapar el agua. El bidé perdía agua por la base... Muy importante: reservé en la web del hotel, pero cuando llegué no constaba la reserva !! Y un problema grave: la relación calidad/precio del desayuno es pésima. Por casi 10 euros debéis revisarlo a fondo, pensad que en Alixares el desayuno es muchísimo mejor. De hecho había muchos clientes vuestros desayunando en las cafeterías de los alrededores. Yo estoy lo revisaría de verdad, porque por lo demás el hotel está muy bien !!

• Positive: Die Lage des Hotels. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die Größe der Suite. Die Kommuniktion im Vorfeld des Aufenthaltes. Die Möglichkeit Tickets für die Alhambra über das Hotel zu buchen.
• Negative: Die Suite sollte eine bessere Aussicht haben. Die Möbel in der Suite waren teilweise abgenutzt. Von den vier LED Leuchten funktionierten nur drei. Das Fenster lies sich nicht richtig verriegeln. Alles kein Drama, aber es zeigt doch, dass die Hotelleitung nicht zu 100% versucht alles top zu halten. Die TV Einstellungen waren schlecht. Die Programmauswahl hauptsächlich in spanisch.
