• Would you recommend it? No
• Positive: The lobby, the free coffee service, amenities offered in the room, the bed size
• Negative: The lack of communication between reception shifts (an experience too long to type). The lack of staff enthusiasm (no smiles except for one woman) it's their job to be pleasant with guests despite their personal mood, the room view (although it's unchangeable), the TV remote & size (far too small), and the "or leave it blank" above which is plain ridiculous . It is this box that helps ameliorate the poorest aspects of your hotel, that is not up to the standards of a 3 star.

• I recommend it especially AGAINST... Young travelers, Couples, Luxury, Budget travelers, Healthy lifestyle
• Cleanliness: 7.5 At the exception of the under-bed which was covered in dust, the rest of the room was very clean.
• Location: 10 brilliant location, calm area and only a couple of stops away from the town center
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 very nice & spacious lobby, computer with internet access for guests, clean toilets, cosy breakfast room and fairly well equiped vending machine
• Staff: Not rated With the exception of one older woman, the front desk staff were neither smiling nor pleasant to talk to. Information was NOT passed on correctly from shift to shift which is unacceptable for this category of hotel and proves the lack of competence of staff
• Quietness: 7.5 room was calm & quiet, housekeeping was very discreet in the mornings.
• Room: 7.5 despite insufficient luminosity the room & bed size were satisfying, the amenities were up to standards, but the view was awful! As mentioned before this obviously cannot be changed.
• Value for money: 5 Average because the atmosphere was not welcoming and i expect to feel at home (the concept of the hotel business). The room was overall was reasonable.

• Negative: Having the smallest room on our floor. Website gave impression of a larger room with sofa. No kettle in room and tokens for drinks machine which gave out just half a plastic cup full and no availability of tea with milk.
