• Negative: Separate building to the main entrance (no communication about this prior to arrival) no water in the rooms other than the first day, no mini bar so even if you were willing to pay for water you only had access to a vending machine on the ground floor (and it only took cash), bathroom amenities were not replenished and the cleaner kept walking into the room without knocking and the reception team responded to this complaint that it was my fault because I didn’t put the do not disturb sign on.
