• Positif: It was a perfect size room with attached private bath. The hotel had desk service 24 hours and after dark the door was opened by the desk operator, so we felt safe. The neighborhood was lively and bright each evening, yet our room was very quiet. Great breakfast

• Positif: The location is wonderful, rooms are beautifully decorated and the views from the windows are breathtaking. Breakfast is more than ample and the service is very personal. The staff can't be beat for going above and beyond the call of duty. My husband left his camera in a taxi that the hotel had booked for us to go to dinner some distance from the hotel. We only discovered that when we got back to the hotel and the camera wasn't there. We went to the desk and explained, the desk clerk tried to phone the taxi company and got no response. He left a note for the morning person to keep trying, which they did. We were leaving for Normandy that morning, but were assured they would keep trying and let us know if and when the camera was found and returned to them. It was found, they notified us in Normandy and since we were going through Paris enroute to London, we stopped by the hotel, retrieved the camera and thanked the staff for their perserverance in getting the camera - and 3 days worth of wonderful memories of Paris that we'd captured - returned. We were very impressed with the staff - and the taxi driver. If we're fortunate enough to return to Paris, we will DEFINITELY stay her again - and recommend it.
