Le informamos que en referencia a su reserva realizada a través de nuestra web, la teníamos registrada en nuestro sistema y la teníamos reservada. Por lo que se refiere al resto de reservas que se realizaron a través de otro sistema, sentimos informarle que estas reservas no las recibimos a causa de un problema informático que tenía la empresa a través de la cual ustedes hicieron las otras reservas y no fue posible para nosotros saber que las teníamos.
