• Negative: breakfast: little choise in bread, getting a second cup of coffee was not easy (only one staffmember to do the breakfast). Category: superior but without the 'varied' breakfast

• Positive: What I liked most were the people who worked at the front desk - they were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They really made our stay so much better. I also really liked the room and the big, soft bed in particular.
