  • Positive: Su localización, el número de habitaciones y que sea para mayores de 18 años (Ya lo conocia, es la 3ª vez)
  • Negative: Ha perdido mucho de la atención tan esmerada que tenia en mis anteriores experiencias. Ha decaido notablemente la atención al cliente. Antes nos mimaban, ahora nos atienden cuando "protestamos"

Y nos alegra saber que vuelva a contar con nosotros y esperamos volver a verle a menudo por nuestro hotel. como bien dice no tenemos rampa desde recepción, el hotel es un edificio antiguo y el espacio es un poco limitado, de todas maneras al no tener gran pendiente y ser 3 escalones sería inviable poner rampa. Sentimos que no se haya sentido lo bien atendido que nos hubiera gustado, si bien es cierto que al ser un hotel tan pequeño, nuestro personal tiene que atender más de una tarea. Tomamos nota de su comentario y esperamos que en su próxima visita vuelvan a sentirse igual de mimados que la primera vez. un cordial saludo. Departamento de Atención al cliente"

  • Positive: I loved the beautiful gardens, swimming pool area, personal touches to make the hotel cosy especially the dining room. The staff were incredibly friendly & helpful.
  • Negative: The beds! Two singles pushed together was uncomfortable & the bottom sheet didn't fit so you'd end up sleeping on the bare mattress. Also, it would have been nice to have had a change of sheets after 3 or 4 nights - we had to ask for this.
  • I RECOMMEND it for... Older travelers, Couples, Peace seekers, Classic style lovers, Travelers with a car
