• Common facilities and services: 5 Probably not best time to rate this as it was November and hotel was closing for the winter.
• Staff: 10 Very friendly, helpful and courteous.

• Room: 5 Room was a good size. Damp smell from drains possibly. The spa shower needs overhaul or replacement. Old and tired. Only hand held part worked. No water from top shower and trickle of water from the spa jets. Seriously needs attention.
• Value for money: 5 Breakfast was good but remember to book breakfast at time of making reservation as it’s cheaper than ordering when you ccheck in.

• Positive: La tranquilidad que te da el poder aparcar en el parking del propio hotel y el ambiente de tranquilidad que se respira.
• Negative: El mantenimiento de la habitación, la limpieza de la misma, la total falta de intimidad entre habitaciones por un aislamiento más que pésimo, sobre todo si encima te toca convivir con huéspedes mal educados como fue nuestro caso y el problema con los mosquitos que hay en la zona y que no nos permitió disfrutar totalmente de la estancia
