• ここが良かった: A fairly new building. Clean, quiet rooms, friendly staff. In a wonderful authentic Paris neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants, a daily food market and a flea market. The hotel has wi-fi and you can borrow a PC if you need one.
• ここが気に入らなかった: The breakfast is 12€ whether you chose to eat the complete buffet or just take continental. Even for the complete buffet, 12€ is a bad deal. Just outside the door you can find 4-5 cafes that serve a classic French continental breakfast for 4-5€.

• 立地条件について: 10 The hotel is about 100 m. from the Place d'Aligre which is becoming a very charming and lively area. It is still relatively undiscovered and not overpriced like the Marais and the area around the Bastille. It is in walking distance of both if you feel compelled to join the hoards of other tourists. The Ledru-Rollin metro station is 5 minutes away. Gare du Lyon is perhaps 15 minutes walk.

• スタッフ: 7.5 I have been here twice before. All the staff I have met have been very nice. All speak English.
• 騒音について: 10 All rooms look out over a cul de sac directly into an office building. No rooms face onto a street with traffic which makes it very quiet. It is quite lively just outside the hotel, but because of it is angled away from the street, the rooms are surprisingly calm and quiet.
• 客室について: 5 The room is average sized, the toilet is tiny.
• 満足度は？: 7.5 I paid 105€ per night in low season (early March). This is 20% more than I paid the last time I was there. At current levels it is still reasonable value for money.
