Situated in the Valle de Taurito, in a peaceful area surrounded by greenery, gardens and an impressive cliff landscape, this accommodation is only 200 metres from the beach. Large and modern rooms, featuring all modern commodities, are distributed over the three floors of the building. Comprising two lifts with panoramic views and a 400 m² of gardens with heated pool, plus a separate children’s zone. There is also a mini health centre with sauna, a fitness centre and solarium. As well, there is a program of activities and entertainment, including performances (depending on the season). This area and its climate encourage the practice of water sports, mountain biking, or hill-walking. Next to the hotel there are also tennis courts and a 6 km golf course.

  • Positive: - Todas las noches hay espectáculo, aunque totalmente enfocado a público extranjero y el personal de animación casi no habla español. - Las bebidas de marca blanca de buena calidad - Paquete con acceso al spa, masaje y parque acuático: muy bien.
  • Negative: - El personal de recepción. A la llegada, casi ni nos dan los buenos días. Y a la salida, le damos nuestra opinión general y como dijimos algo que no era positivo, en vez de aceptar la crítica y responder con buenos modales de atención al cliente, la recepcionista comienza a justificar y hacer caso omiso a lo que el cliente expone. Deben trabajar un poquito más la buena atención a los clientes - Zona de la piscina muy pequeña, apenas se puede caminar entre las hamacas y el borde de la piscina. Y tampoco hay una distancia mínima entre las tumbonas que nos separan de los otros huéspedes. - La calidad de la comida en el bufet un poco baja, pero para el precio que tiene es de esperar... Reutilizan comida sobrante y fruta/verdura demasiado madura para hacer zumos, sopas o salsas - La TV de la habitación es la de una cocina, muy pequeña para la distancia a la que está la cama. Si tienes falta de vista, no puedes verla. Se lo expusimos a la recepcionista en el check-out y su respuesta fue "si vienen de vacaciones no es para ver la TV". Sobra decir que yo en mis vacaciones hago lo que A MÍ me apetece y estoy pagando un servicio por lo que tengo todo el derecho a quejarme y dar mi opinión. He trabajado mucho tiempo en atención al cliente y JAMÁS le diría eso a un cliente, es la regla más fundamental en este tipo de trabajo: RESPETO AL CLIENTE.

  • Positive: Personal muy atento, amable y simpático. Cómida del buffet increíblemente buena, con mucha oferta. Habitación amplia y limpia. Piscinas y parque acuático fenomenales.
