• Positive: The staff at the hotel helped in every way possible; they were absolutely superb -- they led us to a tour bus; they made all arrangements for us (getting the tour bus, getting back to the airport, everything), they provided ice for a small injury. The bed was comfortable, rooms spot clean. Our stay of six days was absolutely great there.
