• Staff: 10 Very helpful and friendly.
• Quietness: 7.5 First four nights we were on the 1st floor. There was street noise, such as traffic, garbage trucks early morning and people talking/partying. However, considering we were in a big city, it wasn%27t overwhelming and was able to sleep despite it. We came back after two nights & they put us in the 6th floor suite...that was completely quiet too bad it as only one night.
