"Estimados clientes, Ante todo y en primer lugar, lamentamos no haber cumplido sus expectativas. Por otra parte, informarles que nuestro hotel dispone de habitaciones dobles con gran amplitud que sin lugar a dudas por los comentarios que nos hacen llegar, se hubieran adaptado más a sus necesidades. El tipo de habitación que Ustedes reservaron fue una individual para dos personas. Nosotros comercializamos estas habitaciones para un segmento de mercado de parejas que quiere seguir viajando sin renunciar a un hotel limpio y cómodo, con un coste de alojamiento muy económico. Lamentamos mucho la impresión que se han llevado de nuestro establecimiento, en el que cada día depósitamos nuestra ilusión y cariño, y sinceramente esperamos nos den una nueva oportunidad en un futuro para borrar esta imagen negativa que tienen de nosotros.
