"Estimado cliente, A la entrada del cliente generamos una factura proforma que damos en caso de que el cliente pague en metálico, en caso de que pague en visa la visa es el justificante. A la salida damos la factura total con los gastos generados. Si usted pagó en metálico y no le dieron la proforma es un fallo nuestro y entiendo su inseguridad. Hemos cambiado el sistema estas Navidades y probablemente faltaba rodaje. Discúlpenos. Le agradezco enormemente el comentario"
