• Negative: , dass der RIU-Konzern mir nicht die erforderliche Rechnung für den parallelen Aufenthalt meines Mitarbeiters Sebastian Wypior vom 26.-28.09. zur Verfügung zu stellen. Es handelte sich um eine Dienstreise, sodass ich die Rechnung aus steuerlichen Gründen DRINGEND benötige. Zudem habe ich Anspruch auf eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung - auch wenn, wie mit Ihr Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption mitteilte, die Rechnung bei der Online-Buchung "bestellt" werden müsse. Eine seltsame RIU-Geschäftspolitik. Sofern ich die Rechnung nunmehr nicht umgehend erhalte, werde ich unsere Anwaltskollegen in Palma mit der Anspruchsdurchsetzung beauftragen. MfG, Knorr
