• Cleanliness: 10 Room cleaned to top standards every morning.
• Location: 10 Luxurious location. Regular public transport from outside the front door. Variety of shops and amenities in less than a 10 minute walk.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Restaurant opened till 2am in the morning with food and drink for people coming in on late flights.
• Staff: 10 Staff were super attentive. They made the stay incredibly relaxing. The hotel manager was present at most breakfast and dinner settings and making sure everything was running smoothly. Allowed us to use all the facilities on the day of our departure and safely kept our luggage as we had a late flight.
• Quietness: 10 No noise complaints.
• Room: 10 Room size was perfect. Sea view from the balcony. Chocolates on arrival in the room were a lovely touch.
• Value for money: 10 100%

• Staff: 10 The staff are great and feel hotel rely on this to bring customers back.

• Room: 5 Booked a junior suite and I didn’t feel I was getting any better than a normal room apart from it being bigger. The decor was average. The one and only tv was dated and small with no where near enough channels.
• Value for money: 5 As said previously I booked a junior suite and was still expected to pay for for safe and iron. (No iron was provided only a ironing service at a cost).
