• Negative: This is very minor - we were surprised that we didn't find a small bar of soap available in the bathrooms to wash our hands.

• Positive: EXCELLENT SERVICE--During October 2018 flooding, taxis were not operating. Owner used personal SUV to take us from hotel to train station (closed) & then bus station (open). Owner made sure the bus was running, double checked our arrangements with the ticket seller. Could not have been more accomodating, concerned about excellent customer service.
