• Positive: I like the accessibility of the property and the ease of food and shopping close by. The facilities were very clean and the front desk and restaurant staff were very pleasant.
• Negative: The availability of the in-door pool was only for 2 hours a day when you have children. There was no consideration for guest that were impacted by no being able to arrive due to civil unrest. Communication on site to the reservation department was very detached. No business center available to access email.
