• Negative: Llegar a la habitación y que hubiera mal olor. El baño estaba usado. Pusieron en duda en recepción nuestra queja. Luego explicaron que había problemas con las tuberías. Nos cambiaron de habitación. La oferta del restaurante para cenar no es de un hotel de 4 estrellas, y estaba vacío.
